  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Dough: In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt before gradually combining with the wet ingredients. Chill the dough for about an hour.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Forming Cookies: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take chilled cookie dough, flatten it into disks, spoon cheesecake filling into the center, fold edges over to seal, and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet spaced apart.
