  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 10 oz package of large vegan marshmallows (approximately 35 marshmallows)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn using your preferred method and set it aside in a large bowl.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup, continuing to stir until it simmers (about 5 minutes).
