  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 (9-inch) store-bought pumpkin pie (premade/storebought)
  • 12 ounces unsalted butter (softened, 3 sticks)
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 34 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (cold)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare the cinnamon cheesecake layer by mixing softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add flour, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, heavy whipping cream, and eggs one at a time. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake for about 60 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. For the spice cake layer, whisk together flour, baking powder, and spices in one bowl. In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy; mix in vegetable oil, vanilla extract, egg, and milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour into a greased pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Assemble by layering the spice cake on the bottom, followed by the cheesecake layer, then top with pumpkin pie.
  4. Frost with a mixture of softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and optional cinnamon.
