  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over them.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze and bake for another 8-10 minutes until cooked through (145°F internal temperature).
  5. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving; garnish with chopped parsley.
