  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional for extra heat)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt for rice
