  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 8 slices nitrate-free turkey bacon
  • 4 large hardboiled eggs
  • 8 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1/3 cup almond milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/3 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Hardboil the eggs using your preferred method.
  2. Season the flank steak with sea salt and black pepper. Sear in a hot skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side based on desired doneness.
  3. In a large bowl, layer romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, hardboiled eggs, and crumbled turkey bacon. Add sliced avocado on top.
