  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch; add steak to marinate.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot; cook until just tender.
  4. Push veggies aside; add marinated steak and brown on all sides (about 4-5 minutes).
  5. Toss in shrimp; cook until pink (2-3 minutes).
  6. Combine everything in the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
