  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices pepper jack or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
  • 2 brioche buns, toasted
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce (from canned chipotles in adobo)
  • ½ tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness; season with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken on medium-high heat for about 4–5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Add cheese during the last minute of grilling.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with adobo sauce and lime juice.
  4. Toast brioche buns until golden brown.
  5. Assemble by spreading chipotle mayo on both bun halves; layer with avocado, grilled chicken with cheese, turkey bacon, and pickled jalapeños.
