  • 810 Frozen Soup Dumplings
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 1 cup chicken stock or vegetable stock
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves
  • Fresh Thai basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the neutral oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add the red curry paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken or vegetable stock and stir until the curry paste dissolves completely.
  3. Stir in coconut milk, soy sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add frozen soup dumplings into the bubbling sauce, cover the pot, and steam for about 12 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from heat, discard kaffir lime leaves, and toss in fresh Thai basil before serving.
