  • 45 black peppercorns
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 3 green cardamom pods, slightly crushed
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 12 tablespoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 star anise (optional)

Instructions

  2. Add smoky black tea to the pot and steep for 3-4 minutes according to desired strength.
