  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese

  1. In a skillet, melt ½ tablespoon butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add lobster and crab; cook until heated through.
  2. In a bowl, mix the seafood with cream cheese, ½ cup mozzarella, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and cool slightly.
  4. In the skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat; stir in flour for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth. Stir in Parmesan and remaining mozzarella.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of sauce in a baking dish. Stuff shells with filling and arrange them in the dish; pour remaining sauce over the top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
