  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, cut into small cubes or slices
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • ¼ cup walnuts or pecans, finely chopped (optional)

  • Honey for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch circles. Press into a greased mini muffin tin and prick the bottoms.
  2. Place a piece of Brie in each shell, followed by a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cool slightly before removing from the tin.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs and drizzle with honey if using before serving warm or at room temperature.
