  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch dish to form the crust. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare chocolate pudding according to package instructions using only 1 cup of milk. Fold in ½ cup Cool Whip and spread over the crust; freeze for another 10–15 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in fresh raspberries and remaining Cool Whip. Spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Optional: Add more Cool Whip on top for garnish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
