Ingredients

  • Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Fresh rosemary (or thyme/sage)
  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle in grated parmesan cheese.
  3. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter, herbs, salt, pepper, and garlic base over low heat until melted. Stir in most of the parmesan cheese.
  4. Slice potatoes into 1/8” rounds using a mandoline. Layer them in the prepared dish.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
