  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing foil)

  4. Fold the sides over the burger and seal tightly to trap moisture.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check doneness by opening one packet; ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
