  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
