  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and cube the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Air fry the seasoned potato cubes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  3. While the potatoes cook, cube the chicken breasts and season with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  4. Sauté the seasoned chicken in a skillet with melted butter until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Combine the chicken and potatoes in the skillet.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperonchinis. Broil until the cheese melts.
