  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
