  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 12 tablespoons avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat avocado oil on a Blackstone griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chopped bell pepper and onion until tender (about 3-4 minutes).
