  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons peach puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and honey until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients and milk until combined.
  6. Fold in diced peaches gently.
  7. Fill lined muffin cups two-thirds full and bake for 18-22 minutes.
