Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
