Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Pat the steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear the steak cubes in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. 3. Lower heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Return steak bites to coat in garlic butter.
  4. 4. In a separate saucepan, melt another tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly before pouring in the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. 5. Serve steak bites with sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
