  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz linguine
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and prepare the meatball mixture by combining ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into 20–24 meatballs.
  2. Sear meatballs in olive oil until browned on all sides (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and return meatballs to coat in the sauce; simmer for about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Cook linguine according to package instructions. In another saucepan, combine butter and heavy cream over low heat; stir in Parmesan until melted.
  5. Serve meatballs over linguine with sauce drizzled on top and garnish as desired.
