  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder until well mixed.
  2. Add brewed and cooled cinnamon barley tea and peanut butter. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
