  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for crisping)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin and lightly spray with olive oil or brush with melted butter. Bake for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each wonton cup with the seafood mixture and top with additional mozzarella if desired.
  5. Bake for another 5-7 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
