  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse and dry the cauliflower florets thoroughly. Cut them into medium-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil until well-coated. Then add smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix evenly.
  4. Add panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese (if using) to the mixture; stir until all florets are coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring space between each floret.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
