  • 5 chicken cutlets

  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup panko crumbs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 romaine hearts (chopped)
  • 12 French baguettes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Caesar dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and sea salt until smooth.
  2. Season chicken cutlets with salt and black pepper. Set up a breading station with flour mixed with smoked paprika in one plate, whisked eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with herbs in the third.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dredge each chicken cutlet through flour, then egg, followed by breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Slice baguettes lengthwise and spread reserved Caesar dressing inside. Layer crispy chicken cutlet and chopped romaine before closing.
