  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a medium-sized ceramic baking dish.
  2. Thinly slice the Yukon gold potatoes using a mandolin or sharp knife.
  3. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter with minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add heavy cream, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes). Mix in Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper.
