  • 200g mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend), grated
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic in a skillet until translucent.
  3. Add finely chopped mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in fresh spinach and season with salt and pepper until wilted.
  5. Remove from heat; mix in grated cheese and cream cheese until creamy.
