2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the filling in the center of each tortilla. Top with fresh spinach and diced tomatoes.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to secure the filling inside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook wraps seam-side down for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for an additional few minutes.
Remove from skillet, let cool slightly before slicing in half, and serve warm.
