  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sauté the beef until browned (about 5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
