  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • â…“ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition along with vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Mix together cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle half over the batter.
  7. Pour remaining batter on top and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar before swirling gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before inverting onto a wire rack.
