  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • â…“ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for the swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then add vanilla extract.
