  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz almond bark or white chocolate candy melts
  • Red food coloring
  • Green sanding sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace with parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. Crumble the Christmas tree cakes into small pieces in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in softened cream cheese until well combined, forming a dough-like consistency.
  4. Roll tablespoon-sized balls from the mixture and place them on the prepared sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the almond bark or white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, tapping off excess before placing them back on the sheet.
