  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes), then remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil along with the trimmed green beans. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, then whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Pour sauce over everything in the skillet, stir well to coat, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
