  • 1 ½ cups cherry preserves or cherry pie filling
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Fold in mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Combine cooled espresso with almond extract mixed with water for flavor.
