  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
  4. Spread the seasoned beef evenly over half of the dough. Sprinkle both cheeses on top.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling, pressing edges firmly to seal.
  6. Cut into 1-inch-wide strips and twist each strip before placing on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with salsa and sour cream.
