  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 package of Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (includes cheddar cheese and seasoning)
  • ¾ cup milk (for the biscuit mix)
  • ¼ cup melted butter (for the biscuit topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine shrimp, crab meat, and fish; cook until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes). Set aside.
  2. Add chicken or seafood broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper to the same pot; simmer gently.
  3. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables and cooked seafood; heat through for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir continuously until mixture thickens slightly (about 5 minutes).
  5. In a separate bowl, combine Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix with milk; mix gently.
  6. Pour seafood mixture into a baking dish; spread biscuit mixture evenly on top.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over biscuits.
  8. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
