  • 8 oz spaghetti or penne pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste

  4. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt to make the bruschetta topping.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with any leftover chicken drippings. Top with sliced chicken and bruschetta mixture.
