  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
