  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz. brick-style cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Combine crisp topping ingredients until crumbly and set aside.
  3. Toss diced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Cream room-temperature butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs and vanilla until combined.
