  • Apple cider (2 cups)
  • Butter (4 tbsp)
  • Brown sugar (1/4 cup)
  • Apple cider vinegar (2 tbsp)

  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat turkey breast dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear turkey for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer to a roasting pan, pour 1 cup apple cider into the pan, and roast.
  4. In a saucepan, combine remaining apple cider, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and cinnamon; simmer until thickened.
  5. Brush glaze on turkey every 15 minutes while roasting until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), about 1.5 to 2 hours.
  6. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
