  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil
  • 2 cups fresh apple cider
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 firm apples

Instructions
